Getting Started

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Contact us to schedule your first session. The first session is complimentary and there is no payment expected.  Finally one free thing in this world!

Your first session will consist of an assessment of your fitness level and overall fitness goals. Next, one of our certified CrossFit trainers will put you through a brief and intense workout. There are two reasons for this:

1) to evaluate you on your current level of fitness and strength & conditioning.
2) Also, for you to get a taste of what Crossfit Hattiesburg (CFHB) has to offer.

Bring: An open mind, determination and we will take care of the rest!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY FIRST SESSION?

If you decide to continue your training at CFHB, the next step is our Fundamentals course.

The Fundamentals course is a 5 session introduction to the nine foundation movements of CrossFit. You will also learn supplementary lifts and secondary exercises that appear in future Workouts. During every Fundamental session, you will:

- learn skill development
- perform proper form & technique
- be exposed to full range of motion
- conduct a short & intense workout

You will be coached in a 1-on-1 setting with a CrossFit trainer at all times, with that said be mentally prepared to be pushed and motivated like never been before!

The Fundamental course is mandatory for all beginners at CrossFit Hattiesburg. Exceptions are on a case-by-case basis and usually evaluated during the first session.

The Fundamental course fee is $150. This one-time fee covers the mandatory 5 sessions, your 1st month's membership and a CFHB gym t-shirt.
