Str: Muscle Snatch 4-4-4-4 (70% 1RM for Snatch)

WOD:
For Time:
15 Power Cleans (65%-70% 1RM for Cleans)
Tabata Squats (2 min)
10 Power Cleans
Tabata Squats (2 min)
5 Power Cleans

There is a 5min cutoff on the power cleans so if 70% is too light go heavier, if 70% is too heavy go lighter. If you finish the cleans with 3min's left you went too dang light.

Huge congrats to Courtney and Duran for their performance in the Crossfit Sectionals competition! Courtney finished 8th for the women and Duran finished 14th for the men, which means they will both advance on to the regionals competition! Awesome job!
