strength WOD, take full advantage of the opportunity to go heavy. Our

7 power clean
7 front squat
7 push press
7 back squat
7 dh pullup

Do this complex 5 rounds resting 1-2 min between rounds. Try to go up
on weight each round. Remember, only you can prevent forest fires.
